Who we are

Coala is a collaboration between academics, lawyers, technologists and entrepreneurs who have been driving research, policy and infrastructure-building in the blockchain ecosystem for the past three years.

What it is About

This conference will investigate the upcoming challenges and opportunities provided by blockchain technologies, and their impact on the current social, economic and political order.

The conference will be held at Hong Kong Cyberport and supported by the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology and other IT institutes/organisations.

With one million square feet of tech-centric space located about 15 minutes from Central Hong Kong, Cyberport is an incubator and co-working space and boon to 600 companies.
